The Liberty Police Department is located at 206 W. Front St. in the beautiful city of Liberty, South Carolina. Liberty is in the upstate, in the foothills of the mountains and in between Clemson and Greenville. It is home to the local Red Devils and sees its heritage as a small town traced back to before the Civil War.

The Liberty Police Department itself sees its modern history traced back to 1876 when the doors of the Liberty Police Station first opened to serve the public. The tradition and standard of excellence and professionalism began then carry on today.

Under the current leadership of Chief Leland "Corky" Miller, the Liberty Police Department strives to be an organization of integrity and structure. We pride ourselves on our dedication to serve, courteousy, and professionalism.
