If you have received a citation or been arrested by the Liberty Police Department and need information on what to do next, then you're in the right place. You have been given a court date and time on your citation or arrest paperwork. It is IMPORTANT you show up to your appoointed time or you will be tried in your absence.

Municipal Court is normally held twice a month and is conducted at the Rosewood Center located at 419 E. Main St. in Liberty. For some direction, it is on Hwy. 93, in between Ingles and Dollar General.
In most cases, the officer will have given you a fine amount for your charge. In these cases, you can pay your citation before hand (however, if the officer required you to be in court or you were arrested, you MUST come to your court date).

If you wish to pay your citation before hand, you may come to the Liberty Police Department at 206 W. Front St., Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. OR:
